make a referral parent

Placements at the National Online School are primarily funded by local authorities through an EHCP. While an EHCP is not required, alternative funding would be needed. The National Online School supports young people for various reasons, including:

  • Waiting for a school or college placement
  • Unable to access local school due to anxiety or EBSA
  • Anxiety worsened by the pandemic, preventing school attendance
  • SEND students not receiving adequate support (ASC, SEMH)
  • Excluded from or moved out of their school
  • Self-excluded due to unmet needs

PRIVATELY FUNDED PLACEMENTS

Placements at the National Online School can be privately funded, although this is rare. These placements are treated the same as those funded by local authorities, and the same referral process applies. The referrer would be considered the party funding the placement.

If you’d like to discuss privately funding a placement, feel free to book a free call or complete the referral form below.
