Our National Online School made history when we became the first online special school accredited under the Department for Education’s Online Education Accreditation Scheme (OEAS).

This prestigious recognition highlights our commitment to delivering a high-quality, adaptive curriculum tailored to the unique needs of every student. It also reflects excellence across key areas including curriculum, safeguarding, and overall school standards.

We exceeded the rigorous benchmarks set for online SEND education, ensuring the best possible learning experience for our students.

Through the OEAS, our National Online School has its own URN and DfE number which can found on the Government’s Get Information About Schools website.

In addition, The OEAS guidance states directly to Local Authorities that ‘Where full-time online education is the best option for a child, the DfE strongly encourages commissioners to use accredited providers only.‘
